Blessing from a great Buddhist monk who spends much of his time in solitude, practicing meditation in the mountains of Himalayas.
He is currently in a long retreat in Bodhgaya, India to bless the world.
He shared following short breathing meditation practice to strengthen your lungs to fight the infection:
1. Take a deep breath to completely fill your lungs (take as much as you can) and hold it.
2. Exhale the air to completely empty your lungs.
3. Repeat this for 3 times.
4. Now close your eyes and picture whoever is your spiritual leader in any faith you believe-in (Buddha, Jesus, Allah, etc.)
5. Imagine a bright light or positive energy emanating from your spiritual leader towards you.
6. Imagine rays of that light/positive energy going into your lungs and completely filling your lung with this energy.
7. Keep this for few times for about 3 minutes.
8. Then take another deep breath and you should be able experience your lung capacity increasing.
9. Keep doing this as many times as possible each day.
